Wir müssen an dieser Stelle mal eine kurze Klarstellung veröffentlichen. Wir bekommen vermehrt Anfragen, wieso denn Zahlungen nicht freigegeben werden, ob wohl laut Sitzplan noch Plätze frei sind etc.

Man muss ganz klar zwischen einem TICKET für die GSH und einem Sitzplatz auf der GSH unterscheiden. Ihr kauft ein Ticket für die jeweilige GSH und könnt euch dann einen Sitzplatz aussuchen. Wenn alle Tickets verkauft sind (max 618 Stück), dann sind wir (so wie aktuell) ausverkauft.

Dass es noch freie Plätze in den Sitzplänen gibt liegt daran, dass sich noch nicht jeder Ticketbesitzer einen Sitzplatz ausgesucht hat.

Daher noch einmal die Bitte: Orientiert euch an unserer Grafik auf der rechten Seite (der Ball). Dort steht im unteren Bereich die Zahl der aktuell bezahlten Tickets.

Alle Zahlungen, die darüber hinaus eintreffen, werden auf die Warteliste gesetzt und abgearbeitet, sobald wieder Tickets verfügbar sind.
