Hallo zusammen!

Warum war der Start der Anmeldung zur kommenden GSH nicht direkt nach der LAN?
- Wir haben an unseren AGB gearbeitet und diese aktualisiert.

Was ist der Hintergrund fragt Ihr Euch?
- In der Vergangenheit kam es immer mal wieder zu Diskussionen wer der Besitzer eines Tickets ist und somit über dieses Ticket entscheiden darf. Die Folge daraus findet Ihr in unseren AGB im Kapitel III. Rücktritt des Teilnehmers im Unterpunkt 3.

Was haben wir noch verändert?
- Bisher konnte jeder Teilnehmer sein Ticket bis vier Wochen vor der Veranstaltung ohne Einbuße zurück geben. Da dies bei den letzten LANs sehr intensiv genutzt wurde, fehlt uns eine entsprechende Planbarkeit vor allem bezüglich unserer Verleiher und Partner. Dort haben wir Bestellfristen die einzuhalten sind.
Somit haben wir die Fristen für unsere Planbarkeit und Sicherheit für zukünftige LANs geändert:

Konkret gibt es nun eine gestaffelte Rückzahlung (AGB Kapitel II. Absatz 4.):

  • bis acht Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn gibt es den vollen Preis zurück
  • bis vier Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn gibt es 50% des Preises zurück
  • bei weniger als vier Wochen ist keine Rückgabe mehr möglich

Diese neuen AGB sind ab sofort gültig und wurden bzw. werden mit der Anmeldung zur GSH 2017 #2 akzeptiert.
Dies gilt auch für die bereits angemeldeten Teilnehmer zur GSH 2017 #2.
